Your answers stay in the current page.

Finder answers, calculator values and comparison selections are held in browser memory. They are not put in cookies or local storage, and they clear when you reload or leave the page.

We do not currently collect contact details or send referrals.

There is no contact-request form or active provider connection. We do not send your finder answers or calculator values to a provider, and we do not sell that information.

Downloads are yours.

Conversation briefs and worksheets are generated in your browser and saved to your device only when you request a download. Printed guides use your browser’s print function.

Page visits and searches.

The website hosting service processes technical request information to deliver and protect the site. This can include your IP address, browser information, requested URLs and request times. Its security services may set cookies to distinguish people from automated traffic. Hosting logs and security cookies are separate from the answers you enter into our tools. Library search terms appear in the URL when you submit the site search; do not put private information in a search. Finder and calculator values are not placed in URLs. There are no analytics or advertising scripts.

Links to other organizations.

Following an external resource takes you to that organization’s site, where its privacy practices apply. We do not attach your finder answers to those links.

Future referral services.

If we introduce contact requests, this notice and the request flow will explain the operator, recipients, information collected, contact permissions and applicable privacy choices before collection begins.
